Pre- Appointment
First and foremost, ask your doctor/dermatologist if this treatment is right for you.
No alcohol consumption 48 hours before appt.
Avoid caffeine prior
Smoking may delay healing time
Major surgery: 12 weeks to 6 months no exceptions even with a doctor’s note and regardless of location.
Speak to your doctor about any medications you’re currently on and if they will interfere with your procedure.
No fever, coughing, sneezing, or runny nose caused from illness. 7 days post-COVID
No sunburn or pro long time in the sun
Aftercare
Wash with a gentle cleanser or antibacterial soap 1-2x a day. There will be some redness in the treated area and potentially swelling, but usually only lasts 24 hours. Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time and tanning until the area is healed. Avoid swimming, hot tubs, saunas, or heavy sweating for 7 days post treatment. Avoid chemical peels/treatments. Healing is complete 6-8 weeks after procedure.

Who is not a candidate for freckles?
Sun burnt skin
Active ance in the area being tattooed
Prone to keloid scarring
Botox or fillers must be spaced 4-6 weeks before or after your session (you should consult your Aesthetician(injector) as well)
Skin disease, sunburn, or irritation at procedure area (eczema, psoriasis, etc)
On antibiotics- must be off for atleast 2 weeks before appointment
Diagnosed with clotting/bleeding disorders
Under the age of 18 years old
Pregnant or nursing
